How many times did you view before you put a offer in

We've never gone back for a second viewing before making an offer, let alone a third viewing. It's either the right place or it's not. We've got a buyer for our flat, and they came twice in one day, but that was because the wife came first and then got her husband back in the evening.
If someone asked to view our house (which we're also selling) three times before making an offer, I'd wonder if they didn't really know what they wanted.Selling up and moving to the seasaw. Mortgage-free by 20200 -
Once, we will view again to measure up, but the house is very similar to the one we currently rent so there wasn't much that we don't already know.0

It's was a open house viewing yesterday and I felt very rushed.
We'd like to view again without othet people to be certain before we waste the parents time in looking. It is a lot of house to look at.
Here's the house in question.

Up to 50k for remedial work and then anything else as and when. With 5 children, we need the space0

2nd offer on the first and only house I looked at accepted. I was under a deadline to be entitled to moving incentives at work so bought the first house I looked at, still her 19 years later."You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0

If it was an open house, then you need to either a) make a quick offer so you beat everyone else or b) if no one else has made an offer they've spotted something you haven't and you really need to think about it.
But three viewings seems excessive to me, though at least this one is empty so you're not disrupting a family three times.0 -
I think a second viewing is fine. After three, I'd wonder how awkward you were going to be as buyers! If I were you, I'd ask for the second one with your parents, but ask for longer, and use that as your time to make a decision.' <-- See that? It's called an apostrophe. It does not mean "hey, look out, here comes an S".0

As the property is empty, the only people who might be inconvenienced by multiple viewings, is the EA.Wanting a longer viewing without the pressure of the "open house" set-up is quite reasonable - especially as there is a lot of house to inspect! You might have been able to gauge what level of interest there has been during the open house, but some viewers would have been time wasters on a day out. Go back as many times as you see fit - it's a big expenditure and you need to feel sure it will make a happy family home."Cheap", "Fast", "Right" -- pick two.0
