I wanted to use approach that it contains sensitive information as that is the line they gave me when asking to see they have authority to issue charges to residents but dont want the courts to say i acted unreasonable.
In redacted version, i only want to send what is relevant to parking therefore makes no sense in copying 20 odd pages. Is it acceptable just to quote the sections relating to parking and let them do the donkey work to verify it's true?

Their solicitors have contacted me and ask me to provide them my lease. Do i need to provide it to them or just the relevant part ?
Just send them a relevant page or two.

Suggest to them if they want to read more that they ask their client.

Their client will have certainly read the lease before setting up business on someone else's land - just to ensure that they had the right to carry out that business activity.

    It's called due diligence.

Alternatively, they can buy a full copy of the lease from the Land Registry.

I’ve received their dq where they want mediation, I’ve filled in mine refusing this and sent this off a couple of days ago.

I’m writing a letter to my mp and so far written what has been done so far. Is there anything else that should be included ? ie how the industry needs to be regulated. I’d appreciate push in the right direction.

Yes i sent to both Gladrags and Court.

    Is it ok to say
"UKCPM Ltd belong to trade association called International Parking Community (IPC) and its Director is also the Director of Gladstone solicitors which I feel is a conflict of interest as it's in their best interest to reject as many appeals through IPC so that more business revenue is generated for the other."

    in the letter to MP?

No, not a good idea to say that, because it is not true and hasn't been for a few years now.

1234 ...... you can read how Gladstones/IPC split themselves when they realised their scam was being exposed

All change at Gladstones and the IPC
    https://parking-prankster.blogspot.com/2017/06/all-change-at-gladstones-and-ipc.html

Gladstones went on to be highly incompetent

Thanks, I researched this via companies house. Look like an exploited loophole as still an active director, but will remove it from the letter.

What is stopping a Parking company from saying drivers need to all stand to attention beside your vehicle when they are checking permits in their t&c's.
