Vodafone debited on wrong day!

    Everyone has tried to help you in this thread despite your attitude (telling Voda to suck eggs, and now this).

    If you only calm down and read what is posted you'll see it is constructive advice.

    If you want to be sure your direct debit is cancelled its up to you to contact your bank.

    Your posts came across as rather boorish and dimissive however if that was not the intended message then I apologise for mis-reading them. I only came across the FAQs after the episode had occured.
    Hopefullyuseful1 has offered to help and I will take it up. Incidentally I tried to pay the outstanding amount by debit card today and initially they would not take the patment stating that they had already received the money but my bank is telling me that the DD bounced.
    Oh well back to the drawing board I guess. :T

    I would like to thank Hopefullyuseful1 for resolving the main problems however I am still waiting for a copy of my supply contract in any media. As it was all agreed over th telephone I would imagine that it would take the form of an audio CD. I have never ever received a copy of my contract although I have plenty copies of the T & Cs if any one wants some.
