  • So does this mean cash buying landlords aren't taxed extra? but ones who get BTL mortgages dont get the same tax relief as before?

So it makes 100% cash buying to rent out a little better?
  • You also have hours of posting every day on a sub sub forum nobody reads and on a Brexit thread that isn`t going to make any difference to Brexit, good luck with that.

It's by far the most popular thread on HPC?

Yes, I think so. as prices are likely to fall as the highly geared landlords head for the exit and are happy to take offers from cash buyers, be they landlords or owner occupiers.

But you told us that HPC is a "fringe" website populated by "loonies"? Why is posting over there for hours at a time suddenly going to reverse Brexit? :rotfl: Answer - It isn`t going to, the vote has been and gone, we are heading for Brexit, no amount of posting on any website is going to change that ;) It is a race to get out now, before Germany/Italy blow the "Great Project" sky high.

That might be true and Brexit might go ahead, but it will not effect me either way. My joy comes from getting housing bear doomsters banned from HPC that dare take me on in that thread :)
The Mods are such muppets and have no idea what is going on:rotfl:

According to Sky news Brexit is on hold, kind of, that should please you :rotfl: I`m just hoping that Italy or Germany, preferably both, implode in some meaningful way and bring a juddering halt to all the Grandstanding from the circus show that is the "Negotiation", it is just an embarrassment now.
