The Brexit thread on HPC has had close 2 million views now and yet there is probably at most only 3 Brexiteers left on what is the most popular thread on that horrible site. Nearly all people who want a house price crash also want Brexit, they seem to think it will bring about a property crash.
I am just amazed and happy that Remainers now have control of that thread:):):):)
It doesn`t matter, the Brexiteers won two years ago :rotfl:Threads on here and HPC are not going to change anything. The mortgage rate you and anyone who wants to buy property from you pays will be decided by the Fed/Italy etc. and ultimately the bond markets, who is or isn`t banned from HPC just isn`t that important in the bigger scheme of thingsBrexit is important but it probably won`t sink the EU on it`s own but tenant demand will drop as Brexit unravels, and that is probably what spooks you the most?

The place that's dead is here. Mainly becase of these sorts of posts, with someone celebrating that they have been able to use multiple usernames to drown out discussion on a different website.
There's nothing left here anymore. Which is a shame really. But I suppose some class that as victory.0 -

Yep, the threat of a property crash all but gone and after a slow up in BTL so we can get our breath I predict the 2nd is coming at the end of 2019 to early 2020, then it's upwards again, Happy days:)0 -

HPC just cares about traffic, they could not care less about the plight of bitter renters who lost out on buying. The fact that they are banning most of the housing bears who dare enter that thread speaks volumes. I have heard it on good authority that the owners really loathe their fan base, and lets face it, why would they want a price crash and have them all leave next day.0 -

Who hosts the site is irrelevant, it is like a venue that books bands, you are mainly focussed on the band, not the venue. The quality of posters over the years is what makes HPC, not who owns it. The thread you are talking about has just been a half dozen or so posters taking pot shots at each other for at least the last year, even 18 months, very little of any importance to add to Brexit IMO. With the political issues in Germany and economic strife in Italy Brexit is just a side carnival of clowns grandstanding for political gain, strong leadership would have had us well clear of the EU Zeppelin crash by now0 -

Crashy have you ever made just ONE prediction that was correct:rotfl:
OK, the band that is playing on that site learnt a few chords over the last few weeks and still cannot afford a drum kit, they are just rubbish. Just quite simply, life is full of winners and mostly losers, I know which one I am:)
PS ... Just a few more than you suggest on the Brexit thread, now close to 2 million views and Remain is hammering it, and ccc banned the other day and notorious property bear inbruge followed him0 -

No, the house band on that site were playing jazz chord extensions and doing chord substitutions when you were struggling with A minor in first position :rotfl: Everything that is happening now, politically and economically was called on that site YEARS ago. The views on the thread really don`t matter either, there are millions of views on threads here that are just about the colour of someone`s light bulbs etc. What matters is that the core posters on the thread (you are one of them you have told us) are just slinging insults at each other, it makes no contribution or difference to the outcome of Brexit.0 -

Oh, I predicted Trump, Brexit and interest rate rises, so there are three to start with :rotfl:0 -

Don't be so humble Crashy, you should also take the credit for predicting that Sunday would follow Saturday, which was probably on a par with predicting that interest rates would rise as rapidly as they did.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

Rates only had one way to go, and who cares about Trump?
What predictions have you made that have got you one step further from getting out of that bedsit0
