And we care about you trolling on another forum because?
How do you find so much time from your super successful busy lifestyle to harass people on the internet? Think of all that wasted potential.
Probably by pocketing the rent money from loads of people like you every month for doing nothing

UPDATE
Things are now getting very heated now that a hard or even soft Brexit looks to be dwindling, was always the case. I have managed to get another at least five property crash doom mongers who support a hard Brexit to crash the property market banned, local(I want a home for nothing and BTL punished) hero being my latest. His anti landlord & socialist fairy land where people are just handed money and homes are an insult to decent people who want to hand their hard work onto their to their cherished children and not some council house chav yob with a chip on his shoulder.
I now have several ID's on the Brexit thread to replace the one that I had banned, just have to be careful now, this is great fun.
This is a genuine request, please seek some kind of help.
I'm guessing you've either got some very deep seated concerns about your own personal circumstances or you are genuinely suffering from some form of psychiatric issue but either way this type of behaviour is simply not normal.0 -
That's nice.
You have as many nice or cheeky thoughts as you want, as long as you hand my money over every month there will be no problem:)
If not you will regret ever knowing me, does that remind you of your landlord?
Nah, there was nothing intimidating about my landlord. Incompetent and criminal, sure, but he was harmless
It's easy to see why landlords have such a bad reputation amongst the people who have to use them. I suspect most of your "tennants" regret ever knowing you.
You must be a hoot at parties. I'd echo the above suggestion about help. You've got a serious chip on your shoulder for someone so successful.0 -

Yes - the obsession with what other people you don't know post on other forums is a little sad.
Some people - many young people - want a house price crash as they are priced out. Many people - mostly older people and buy to let landlords - who own property don't. Both are perfectly rational positions based on self interest. Same with Brexit - half the nation backs it and a minority thinks it will mean the end of civilisation as we know it!
Let the housepricecrash crowd get on with it if they wish on their forum - and lets stick to to debating house prices and the economy on this forum.0 -

I am willing to bet that the percentage of landlords have to commit any kind of criminal acts is way below those of their tenants , I would guess less than 1%.
p.s I have heard from a very good source that housepricecrash has probably banned pro housing sentiment posters well into the 1000's now, not a one sided mantra website at all:rotfl:0 -

So you want hard working people to suffer a property crash so the lazy, bitter and selfish can take from those that deserve it more, WOW!! .. what a terrible attitude.
My advice would be to stop listening to the likes of the Bruce Banners of this world who has dragged many potential bright people down his dark path with his 100's of failed predictions. He is so thick he is actually very good friends with right now on that horrible website and does not know how much I am taking the **** out of him, along with another ID I use:)0 -

The market has been a lot more regulated since I got out of it, but at the time I'd put it at at least 50% of landlords were doing something dodgy, and a lot of tennants just went along with it. Most of the 'criminality' from tennants was things like subletting or having a party before leaving since they knew they'd never get a deposit back anyway (because the bigger landlords here were famous for it).
You certainly sound like you'd be bending any many rules as you can in order to get more profit from your despised tenants. If you actually rent out any properties instead of frothing on the internet all day.0 -

"50%"
What nonsense, I have never met a landlord who I never liked or respected, and NONE were in anyway criminals. I am doing a service on MSE of which I am sure Martin Lewis would support, even though I am abused by bitter bed sit old men. I have a list as long as your arm of names of people who have had they lives ruined taking the advice from people on that evil website who could have been in their own homes now.0
