I aim is to ridicule and rubbish that website until nobody takes any notice of it anymore, that's why I do it. How many lives has it ruined? How many people have sat there waiting to get a house more than 50% cheaper over the last 10 or more years when it was never going to happen.
A website where it does not believe in it's own message, a website where it thankfully will ban 10 of it's top posters rather than risk traffic at any means, so yes I might as well enjoy it as well :)

PS ... I am one of the most prolific posters on their Brexit thread right now, I genuinely believe that part of HPC is very good, most definitely winning the argument to remain in the EU which will strengthen house prices even more

It's pretty pathetic though, being such a successful chap making so much money from renters, trolling a forum of trolls all day. (I can talk though, since that's essentially what I'm doing right now, but at least I know I should be doing something useful like gardening).


I'd have thought you'd be all for HPC.com - since it's getting the gullible to rent for longer and pay your bills for you.

As more and more people see the EU for the burning zeppelin that it is the idea of reversing democracy just becomes more and more laughable (if that is possible) The anti-HPC stuff on here is also hilarious, we are at exactly where many posters on there said we would be because of the excessive bail-outs and refusal to accept economic reality

The lovely Kirstie Allsopp once tried to have HPC.com banned, she went on TV and was furious as to why a bunch of bitter usually men would want to make families up and down the country lose their homes.
I really want to see these people on prime time TV explaining their actions, I also have it on good authority that the moderators of HPC even despise the very people that use that site to bring about that sick message
