Ex girlfriend says I owe her money

I would write to her stating that you are still awaiting the collection of her furniture which you have stored without charge for X months, and that you are now giving her a deadline of 28 days to collect it from receipt of this letter. They need to arrange a date via email to collect it.

If they do not collect within 28 days, then the furniture will be sold via facebook/eBay for the going second hand rate, and a cheque will be sent in the post less an admin fee for the amount received.

All contact must be done in writing, and any unannounced visits will be reported to the police as harassment as was the previous unannounced visit.
