Its not your flat, its rented. End the tenancy and find another flat.

    You don't own the flat.
You don't have a huge mortgage on the flat.
You lived with your EX for 4 years in the flat.
Is it a cheap housing association or council property ?
Maybe time to save up for a new property and move on with your life.

I'd second this. It's really not worth the stress of getting into a tit-for-tat about. End the tenancy and the both of you find somewhere else.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
  • I've just googled PIN (police). Never heard of it before, but appears to be part of the "guilty until proven innocent" state the UK is heading towards.

Quite a quick and effective way for a company or individual to silence any kind of legitimate protest or complaint against them.

What chance and what can i do to take the flat off her, she has dumped all my stuff out the flat and had me collect them. I am now worried that the last thing i have to show for my 6 year career (that is also ruined because of this illness) is going to be taken from me.

    A rented flat?

The relationship is over - accept it and return to your parents - give yourself time to reassess your future.

If the career stressed you out enough to cause illness, look for possibilities of retraining?

Take my earlier advice and do more research.

    It doesn’t actually mean anything.
  • This PIN procedure, just makes it more profitable for solicitors and process servers etc.
If I had a complaint against someone now, I would be much less likely to write to them complaining, else they send the police around to summarily blacklist my name.

George Orwell seems to have been quite the profit.

Give notice to end the tenancy and get your deposit back and then move on and find somewhere else to live.

    I did.
PIN can be issued by police, without reason or appeal.
It shows up on DBS searches when applying for jobs.

i.e. it is a method of blacklisting, employed by the police without evidence or judicial process.

    Your ignorant statements are dangerous.
Because you may lead people to under estimate the negative impact this government can inflict on the innocent.
