  • i disagree, i think it is because i have challenged the wording on the sign

    in the PCN they have said the vehicle is not parked correctly, what is correctly? if its not correct then do they not have to say what is correct parking?

    the sign says 'fully within the confines of the allocated parking bay' which it clearly is, it doesn't say anything about parking on white lines

    Your argument is similar to saying that the sign says you pay but doesn't say what you pay with!

    You clearly haven't had much dealings with either parking companies or the IAS then.

    it doesn't tell you how to pay or what to pay with it says is to display a valid ticket

    I would put money on you losing an identical appeal next time. The IAS come up with some of the most bizarre adjudications I have ever seen.

    They allow 20% of appeals. They seem to pick random ones out of a hat without rhyme or reason. You got lucky.
