hi, ok so ive received the rejection letter......whats next steps?

It tells you exactly what to do in the thread you got the blue template from. It's better you read and digest everything there rather than me simply cutting and pasting the relevant bits as we will run to several pages of people doing that for you.

At this stage of the game with you, DO NOT make the error
of responding to anyone by PM who has less than 1000
    posts to their name.

A winning IAS appeal is as rare as rocking horse dung. It would be really helpful to see your appeal to them.

    Well done.
  • Slightly confused, you said your appeal was rejected? Was that by the PPC and you then appealed to IPC?

IPC seem to just pull a few out of the hat to succeed, so that they can say that x% of appeals win in order to give the appearance of a fair, balanced process. So there may be no reason your appeal won other than that. But it would be useful to know if you had a slam dunk, or if you were just a random lucky punter.

You completed the appeal on 02/11/2018 12:08:37.

The PCN states that the reason for issues is 'Not parked correctly within the markings of the bay',

I am challenging 'what is not correct about it?'

If the vehicle is not parked correctly, what is 'parking correctly?'

The Sign at the car park states 'Vehicles parked fully within the confines of an allocated bay'

The vehicle in question is parked fully within the confines of the marked bay.

The Cambridge dictionary for the term 'Within' states; 'Inside or not further than an area or period of time'

The vehicle is clearly not further than the area marked out

    Kind Regards

I would upload the original image if i knew how to so you could see what the tried to give me a ticket for

It would be good to see it please. Here's how to do it:
NEWBIES - HOW TO UPLOAD LINKS TO PHOTOS/SCANS TO MSE

To upload a photo/scan link, you first need to host it on a free photo hosting site (like Dropbox, Imurg or Tinypic), copy the URL, paste it here, but change the http to hxxp and we'll do the conversion. Newbies can't directly upload links to photos/scans until they've a few posts under their belt.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You might want to cover your Reg plate in that picture.
