Your best option is to re-read post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread where the answer to that question is clearly spelt out.

Is this related to either (or both) of the other two threads you started last year?

    And tell us the story:

    - the car park, residential?

    - are you the tenant or leaseholder?

    - are you the Defendant named in the LBC?

    - what was the alleged (scam) contravention?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD

You know where the NEWBIES thread is - you posted on it less than an hour ago.

    As I said:
My earlier post was suggesting that you should read the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
  • Instead of trying?? to find specifics why don't you have a good long read of the newbies section in its entirety and then you might get a better understanding of how this section will apply to your PCN.

If you still don't understand then repeat what I first suggested until you do understand.

Think of it as doing your driving test, some people pass first time, some second or third and some five, six, seven or more times they still all end up driving.

Looks to me like you have been given simple answers, you taking it as gumf and attitude could really be down to your lack of understanding.

hmmm, you will get straight forward answers if you follow
what is being requested of you.

If you are a using a mobile, highly possible you cannot see
everything so a laptop or PC would be a good idea.

If all of us can see this, the problem is yours and not
fair to blame the good members on here
