    I would confirm with the buyer that it was sent to address XYZ and delivered on DDMMYY and if he is still unhappy to open a case. Ebay will immediately close the case as the item has been delivered. DO not refund
    I would not respond to any of his messages after that. Sometimes if you ask the buyer to open a case they mysteriously remain silent.......

    The item was eventually sent back to me and buyer was giving the option of a refund or resend they chose to have it resent which I did have heard nothing since a thank you would have been nice.
