If it Shows as delivered to the address on PayPal then that's all you need to won an INR claim (assuming you have complied with the other requirements like posted within 7days) .
Always protect your account first and foremost, I'm assuming you uploaded your tracking, if not do so immediately as the new rules about when tracking needs uploading are confusing and being I terpeted in different ways. Then help the buyer by offering the usual suggestions about asking whether the address was 'safe' could anyone else have access to the safe place or could it have been collected by someone else. Then contact the courier and ask if they have any additional information.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Did you send it to the address showing in PayPal? If so then any additonal arrangements made by the buyer is up to them.
I've been selling a lot recently to Far Eastern buyers who use a UK shipping address. Regardless of the country of registration they use the UK address of a shipping company as their PayPal address, and as long as I can prove delivery to that address I'm covered. (A few months back someone emailed me to say item hadn't arrived and could I trace it for them, I sent them the tracking details (again) showing this was delivered and suggested they spoke to their agents.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Yes it was sent to the address stated via paypal as this is the first time this has happened I am unsure how to proceed.
As its been nearly a month I am also unsure how long the post office will store the item before returning it my first thought was maybe the buyer has waited to long to pick the item up and its now no longer there.
If it's returned to me I will refund but I'm unsure how to proceed in the mean time should the buyer open an case.0 -

I'm not sure how to be clearer, perhaps someone else can help.
Have a read of the sticky postage thread, you will win a PayPal and/or an eBay claim if you have proof of delivery to the PayPal address.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Just had a message from the buyer who is sure it has been delivered to the wrong address
Hi mate ... I think that my item must have been delivered else where... I have not signed for them as I was away working .... My partner base not signed for them also.... Is it poss you could get the recovers signature... Many thanks.
I've sent him the royal mail tracking 3 times but for want of a better words he is either at it or an idiot.
Not worth the aggravation for £7 should I just refund ?0 -

Completely up to you, you know you are protected and buyer can't force a refund, but it's your decision entirely.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
