NatWest £125 switching bonus

  • Can anyone tell me if you have to keep your account open with Natwest for a period of time once you have received the bonus. Also to clarify you can set up a s/o going in/out for the £1500 to cover payment requested and no direct debits are needed.

    Thanks it just said it would arrive by 2nd Feb I think, I’m sure I met all the criteria - just could really do with the money..:

    My experience with other banks is that they stick to the terms in their T&Cs - if they say they will pay by a certain date, it is usually the last working day before that date that they make the payment. If not, then make a complaint and in my experience it usually gets sorted pretty quick since most switches are for new customers and they typically like to make a good first impression.
