NatWest £125 switching bonus

I've already carpetbagged £100 by switching TO RBS earlier this year, and NatWest told me that switching from RBS would still qualify for the £125 even though their parent companies are the same.
Who at NatWest told you this?
According to the MSE Best Banking accounts thread:
"Who's eligible for offer: New and existing customers who switch from another bank, as long as you haven't received cash from NatWest or RBS for switching since Oct 2017".
NatWest switcher offer terms:
"You won’t be eligible for this offer if you’ve already taken advantage of a cash offer from NW and/or Royal Bank of Scotland plc (‘RBS’) between October 2017 and October 2018 for (i) opening a new current account and switching to NW/RBS or (ii) upgrading your existing NW/RBS current account".0 -
So, I have done the switch to NatWest select account and passed all the hoops and my account is running. I have deposited the required £1500 a few days back.
Can I now take out the £1500 and still be eligible for the £125 'reward'?0 -

They want you to upload your passport AND a selfie.
As I said, most other banks/building societies can verify your ID by just quoting your Passport number. NatWest want you to fart around with photos.0 -

When I phoned their call centre, they definitely told me that the £125 was payable when switching from RBS. Maybe I had the unfortunate luck to speak to an office junior.
I once had a NatWest current account in the 1980s but closed it because they lied to me. Seems nothing's changed in 30+ years.:(0 -
The switching incentive is now £150.0

REMEMBER to deposit the £1500 AFTER the switch - YB caught me out on this with their £250 switch offer last year.0

Same question again I guess... the £1,500 had to go through by the 7th January so hopefully this was sufficient!urs sinserly,

I looked back at the previous offer (my wifes) and the switch bonus was paid a couple of days before the date stated in the offer. Don't expect much different with my switch so February it'll be.0
