BW Legal Claim Form

Good evening CM, you’re spot on with the comment about BWL,it was a fake DQ they sent me. I had a reply to my email from the court advising that no DQ’s have been sent out as there has been no response so far to my defence! It may get stayed, so what happens then?0

BWL have now sent a letter responding to my Defence setting out the claimants position and inviting me to pay up. Also included is another letter with an offer of just over half of the original inflated sum to be paid within 14 days. Stating that if I don’t pay before the deadline they are instructed to proceed with their clients claim with a view to obtain a CCJ against me for the full amount! As you can see from my previous message NO DQ’s have been issued by the court so just more threatening letters from BWL. Any opinions on this would be most welcome.0

It's just BWLegal ...... oh boy they must be desperate.
Probably their last ditch attempt to extort money from you.
"with a view to obtain a CCJ against me"
HOW SCARY, I thought BWLegal knew how people get CCJ's but it seems not ???
Let us tell you something that BWL don't seem to understand about ..... which is

Standard crap.
Is it the recent one that suggests your defence is a template and not your own account, and says on page 2 that you should 'withdraw your defence' and roll over like a good victim?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yep that’s it and it’s now 3&1/2 weeks since I sent my Defence to the court. So far the claimant hasn’t notified the court they wish to proceed.0

Hi everyone just a question, it’s now 36 days since my Defence was received by the court and no DQs have been received. Nothing on mcol so is it stayed now? Do I need to contact the court to find out and if it is where do I go from here? Appreciate your thoughts, thank you.0

Ring the court and ask if they can put it before a Judge to strike out.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi I’ve contacted the court and PAS have not confirmed they wish to proceed and the claim is stayed. I asked about it being put before a judge to have them strike it out but that would cost me £250 which is about the same as the PCN so in limbo now for 6 years!0
-
But if it is struck out do not the PPC have to pay?You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
-
Don’t know and if it wasn’t struck out you could finish up pay both that and the PCN!0
