Advice please it is a week since I emailed Northampton County Court because I haven’t received my DQ and haven’t had any response yet. Could it be possible that the copy of BWL DQ I received has been sent by them and not the court? I’m concerned that I might miss a deadline.
    Really appreciate your thoughts.

Does MCOL show that the CCBC have sent you a DQ?
    If so, when?

If not, you can print your own from the court form finder web pages if you wish.

Thanks Keith for you quick reply, I’ve checked MCOL and nothing is showing since they acknowledged receipt of my defence.

Remember, the Claimant has twenty-eight days after receiving your Defence to decide they wish to continue and tell the CCBC that.

The CCBC will not send the DQ until they hear that the Claimant wishes to continue.

I received a copy of BWL DQ stating that PAS intends to continue with the claim & confirm that they have notified the court and that came a week ago. I posted the details of their DQ on the 31st October.
Strange that I haven’t got anything.

Not really, this is a game they play, they try to make you think they are ahead of you in the DQ process when all they've done is filled in a blank one.

You can do the same, why not.
