Vcs letter before claim...mistake of calling VCS when receiving NTK...Help!

Don't try .... do it. Normal post using a post office and get a receipt of posting.

Me, I would wait until they tighten the noose around their neck a bit more

Can you expand on the meaning of DPO? I didn’t understand the abbreviation.

I meant as in I will post it with proof of posting ASAP.
I wait and then complain after the 7 days are over.

Do I just email the same SAR letter to DPO or do I write VCS haven’t responded via post since (date) and then write the required information again in the email?

I would email the DPO with the same letter but say its being done by email because they failed to reply to the postal SAR dated xx/xx/xxxx

copy yourself into the address bar so you get it as well, to be able to prove it was sent and that you complained about the lack of a reply by post

Do I give a time deadline for a reply. I.e. 7 days or the 1 month they claim on their website to respond by?
