Returns to Wrong Retail Company

I wouldn't put my trust in Royal Mail's claim it was delivered to them. Bulk returns are not always scanned individually on delivery I believe.0

Was it sent signed for, and do you have the name of the person who signed for it? If so, you may be able to jog someone's memory at the warehouse company. It sounds like someone took delivery and put it down somewhere, in a big warehouse that handles a lot of parcels it could easily be mislaid or lost.Well informed on the subjects of sofas and wood furniture, and well opinionated on everything else :rotfl:0

You may believe it, but its not the case.
There will be GPS data to support the item being delivered to the addressed warehouse.0 -

Its a Tracked return. Very unlikely to require a signature.0 -
You may believe yes they had been deliveredit, but its not the case.

Earlier this year two small packages in one week were delivered to my next door neighbour by instead of me by Royal Mail. Unfortunately they were on holiday. When I chased up where they were I was informed they had been delivered, they had, fifteen feet away and next door by a 'new' postman. My neighbour delivered the packages a few days later not the Royal Mail. No system is infallible.0 -

I generally find people with your user name, should do just that.0 -
My experience is quite the opposite, and given I'm an Englishman who spends a lot of time up there, I'm more inclined to trust my own judgementfoxtrotoscar wrote: »Edinbu99er's tend to be quite miserable and annoying sods I've found.
