Well what a day!!..................took Dad into hospital which is in nearest city, 50 mins drive away. Got him settled in room and he was told he would be first down for operation tomorrow.
Came home. Got a phone call off my mam at teatime only to be told his op has been cancelled. Its down to some problem with one of the theatres apparently so back we went to pick him up again.
I understand these things happen sometimes but its so frustrating having organised people to be there to care for my mam whilst he is in hospital and then taking my hol days for when he gets out. Even more frustrating for Dad as he had phsyched himself up for it.
Oh well........these things are sent to try us. :cool:Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £600 -

Oh bless you KM. It’s very hard not to get annoyed with the staff when that kind of thing happens even when you know it’s not their fault. I feel for your poor Dad - as you say psyched up for major surgery then sent home. And from me too. Its not a nice place to be in and although we are here primarily to earn a bit extra.........its good to support each other through the down times so come and let rip as much as you like.

Thanks Hopeless case. Instagc is an app a bit like swagbucks and nothing to do with Instagram despite the similar name. Maybe Kantankrus Mare could give us a guide at some point but it doesn’t sound like now is the best time!Kantankrus_Mare wrote: »Regarding instagc

This site is a great facebook group that gives excellent hints and tips for most of the best survey/click sites out there. The instagc section is especially informative and useful.
And what an awful day for your dad (and for your mum and you) Kantankrus Mare, hopefully he'll get a new date through soon

I totally understand about the black dog, hopefully you'll feel better soon x
£5.50 cashback on its way to me, and I've reached £5 on Shoppix, and I think I'm going to take it - it's taken me 4 months to get it, and seeing as I'm overdrawn at the moment, the £5 has a value in saving interest.
Before we had our bad summer, when I was aiming to use it to pay off our credit cards on 0% deals, it would have made sense to wait for the £20 even if it took nearly a year, but the rules have changed, and much as I don't like the new rules, they are what they are!0 -
Another £10 from Swagbucks0

Hope everyone is OK today xx Made another £9.55 off a Facebook sale for something I put up for sale months ago. It's weird how these old posts on Facebook have resurfaced and people are buying the items this time, but I'm not complaining0

Hoping a shpock buyer turns up tomorrow they rescheduled from today but keeping positive! Done a few bits over the past 4/5 days but not counting anything until its paid0
