    Yeah I was pretty annoyed when he said that, but things were going my way so I didn't want to push it.

    Did enjoy looking the director of the parking company in the eyes while I had a go about no contract chain though...very cathartic after 2 years of waiting!

    As a landlord I can safely  say that the judge is talking rowlocks.  These companies depress rents and lower resale values.  They have no place in residential car parks.

    Had thought about suing for data protection...not sure I could take another 2yrs of this though so might wait until the dust has settled a bit before I decide.
