I think she's already got that side of things covered but has got some leaflets printed up as well.

Probably cafes frequented by young mothers etc. You could drop them in mailboxes.

Not really toiletry related per se but I am having a stall at a pamper evening on Friday which is a ticketed event. I've told the lady organising it I would try and come up with ideas on where she could leave leaflets to try and increase ticket purchases. Where would you expect to see the event advertised and make you want to purchase a ticket?

Local independant cafes and takeaways, and offices/workplaces near to the event - quite a few will have reception desks leaflets can be left on, or tables in the break area.

Yes they have a £5 voucher which can be used with the wipes, and also with the 3 for 2 offer.

Thanks. I'll bob in at lunch time and see what I can get.

I've also finished an eyeshadow today. Bit of a cheat really. Emma was decluttering some eyeshadow palettes one of which was the UD Naked Basics. From this this had panned Naked 2 and it's this one that I have finished over the course of the last couple of days by crushing the shadow away from the sides of the pan to use.

    One cheeky NBI today:

Drunk Elephant Protini Polypeptide Cream sample

I bought myself a Christmas present from Space NK, which came nicely gift wrapped and I'm not going to open it until Christmas day, but I got to pick some samples and this was the only one that interested me.
  • VALM - I'm also partial to a good TSV, can't say I have tried Laura Geller products yet though.

Used up a 50ml Eve Lom Brightening Cream. It was OK but nothing special. Doubt i will buy again.

    12 by Christmas list:
    1. Benefit goof proof travel size brow pencil
    2. Hourglass diffused light finishing powder in Ambient Lighting Edit Volume 2 - aim to hit pan
    3. Bare Minerals original foundation 8g
    4. Mac sable eyeshadow - aim to hit pan
    5. TBS aloe toner
    6. The ordinary Glycolic toner
    7. Banila Co Clean it Zero balm cleanser
    8. Ouai Memory Mist
    9. The ordinary argan oil
    10. Pureology Colour Fanatic mist
    11. L'oreal coconut hair mask
    12. 12 x 1-2ml perfume samples (a challenge within the challenge!) will still leave me with 20 of this size in the stash.

    One UU from last night

Mesoestetic Hydra-Vital Factor K 2ml sample WNB due to the ingredients of it, but I used this on my neck, and it was alright, nothing startling.

There are some lovely products there. Just curious as to how long you have been using the Hourglass powder for. I have a full sized of the Dim Light that I've been using since January and the pan is now flat so not sure if I am near to pan or not.

OPI full size Don't Pretzel My Buttons
Lorac Pro Pink Mauve eyeshadow from mini Lorac Pro Matte palette
    NARS Albatross highlighter
Bare Minerals Boss Gen Nude Matte Liquid Lip Colour
    [STRIKE]Laura Geller Balance N Brighten[/STRIKE]
Urban Decay Darkhorse eyeshadow from Naked 1 palette
    No 7 GWP mini eyeshadow
    Marc Jacobs Sonic Truth lipstick

Laura Geller Balance n Brighton is finished. Am really torn about this product. Have loved using it for years but this last one hit hard pan so quickly and was a pain to use.

NARS Orgasm Blush - hit second pan this morning. Product looks like it is getting thin all over.

Oooh, I'm intrigued by this - why was it such a pain? I've noticed my current B&B it a bit harder to use - a kind of coating forms on top, and so less gets picked up. I've not had that before, and it's annoying. It's not going down any quicker though, phew - though maybe because of this!
