Rebel-lotto via 20 Cogs - beware!

Hi there

I actually found this thread via google so have signed up to respond, me too. I only completed 6 cogs because I prefer to be cautious. So I did the 6th Cog which is to sign up for a free trial with Readly to pay 99p and download a magazine. So I did everything as required and my cog is still grey. 3 days later, I created a ticket to complain about it and I sent them the screenshots of my emails, receipt and the magazine I have download. They respond 3 days later to tell me they need a screenshot of the app with my name and email address on.



But they closed the ticket! So how can I respond to them!? So I have created a new one.



In conclusion, I am not going to complete the other cogs if they are making harder the claim process. So if anyone knows a similar website, please let me know :j

Alright, they just updated my cog so I am going to keep up doing the other cogs.

Hi Everyone

Just been trying to find anyone who has had issues with this company and your thread popped up. Ive completed my 20 cogs after numerous emails having to send proof that I had done them. They then asked me for ID which I sent and now my account has been de activated and my tickets are not being responded to. Ive messaged them on FB, sent emails to addresses they have replied to me with but nothing!! Im so angry they owe me about £90. Any suggestions please....

What did you send in the way of ID?
To be honest, I would be more worried about such a company having copies of any ID documents of mine than I would be about not getting the money.
