  • Well I've had a NSD if you only count cash (can I ? OK I know I can't!!). I joined the local council gym and swim membership today as I need to do some gentle exercise to get rid of a recurring back injury. I see this as an investment really as it's costing me a blooming fortune in prescriptions at the moment!

    So total spend - £57
  • Well, today I spent £1.51 on crisps & a wispa & 40p on a paper

I also spent £5.60 on my train ticket to work & (this is the bad bit) £6.72 on cakes - as it had been my birthday at the weekend & I had to butythem for everyone at work. I'm not counting it in my weekly budget, or else it would be blown already, and I would have no incentive to continue.

At least I managed to find £6.91 & £5.69 in 2 old savings accounts, so I've taken the positive action of getting them transferred to my bank account.

So this therefore cancels out the money you've spent on cakes AND train ticket - fabulous!:) So those spends 'never happened':D
