I spent £20.00 in the pub this afternoon and I know that I really should feel guilty about it but I do not because I really enjoyed myself.

Spent £12.00 today on a gift set from body shop. I had a voucher for a free body butter thingy if I made a purchase, so I can give them both to someone for xmas.

I've been trying to search out home insurance (buildings and contents) but they asked how much it would cost to rebuild the house!? How would I know, I'm not a builder!
I don't think I'm just being thick, but then again... :heartpuls

Your mortgage company will have specified a rebuild cost - check your mortgage papers - or contact them. Hth

Sounds like a lot of you have had NSDs :jI've brought my own lunch to work from home today, but I don't think it will be an NSD as I may end up going 'weekly-food-shopping' tonight with my flatmate(s). I hope not, as I haven't had an NSD since the start of the month, and I've got enought food until tomorrow.
After posting this earlier today, we did indeed go food shopping for the week, and I spent £16.34 (the other half of the bill was paid by my OH) which isn't bad as we now have food for 7 days... although I'm sure we'll need to pop back into a supermarket this week for some reason!0 -
Again I didn't manage a NSD, never mind always tomorrow....
Today spent:
£5.70 travel to uni
£6.00 extra little present for my mums birthday from The Body Shop
£5.00 mobile phone top up
£0.95 bottle of coke
£9.52 debt payment
Total of £27.17 today.....0 -
Thanks for that, but its my mums house and she doesn't have a mortgage... I was looking through her policy for last year but this isn't mentioned on it which seems typical!brummiebabe wrote: »Your mortgage company will have specified a rebuild cost - check your mortgage papers - or contact them. Hi guys, fell off the wagon today I'm afraid. Spent £13 on travel fares and £19.10 in supermarket.
Bought myself treats - wine, cakes - but used to get them every week and haven't for ages and just really fancied a treat........
ok enough of the excuses, I just WANTED them, and I don't even feel that guilty.....:rotfl::eek: Total debt £21,000 :eek:Weight loss to date - 2 st, 2lb:j0 -
Ran into work today and had a shower there so prob saved 10p in hot water too! Lunch in the staff canteen cost about a quid (salad - how healthy have I been today then?!) and that was it. Oh, I had 59p on paracetamol because I was so dehydrated my head hurt!Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!0

D'oh. I forgot tonight was grocery shopping night.
£39.24 in total which I am really chuffed about as I thought it was going to be a really really expensive shop but as it turned out it was £11 under our 'official' budget and 76p under the "what I'd actually like it to be" budget!
:jBank Balance: In the black for the moment.
Sainsburys Loan: Cleared July 2010
Credit cards: AMEX Airmiles Card: direct debit set to clear balance monthly
