Password issue. Help please.

I have misplaced my password.

It is still saved on my tablet but not anywhere else.

When I go to reset password on phone by entering my e-mail it says not recognised and the forum e-mail does not work.

Can you help.

Hi

I've just sent a password reminder to the email address you registered with. As long as it's written correctly when you joined (ie correct case) you should receive the reminder.

If you're still having problems and need to talk to us privately eg to discuss your email address pop us an email to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com with a link to this thread so my team knows what it refers to.
