i agree with save a lot... yor dad (presumably) will already have his no claims discount, its you that needs to build up yours. get the policy in your name with your dad as a named driver then as soona as you pass your test, put in for the advanced one. when i passed mine 9 years ago, at the time swinton were cheapest for me on a rover 218 turbo diesal.
use some of the online comparison site for quotes then follow up the promising looking ones0 -
