Comodo Internet Security.
Free and comes with Firewall and AV.
Have used it for years and never had a problem.
Well, nearly a year later and I decided to try Windows Defender and I Like it so have ditched Comodo internet Security and uninstalled it.
Which seems to have worked well except when I run BelarcAdvisor it still shows COMODO Antivirus
Virus Definitions Version Up To Date
Realtime File Scanning On
Does this mean I haven't uninstalled all of Comodo and if so how do uninstall the remaining part of Comodo. It's your money. Except if it's the governments.0 -

And if to choose an antivirus? which is better.
I am considering AVG or Scanguard. I watched avg review. I think to stay on this option. What can you say?
A paid for security suite can enhance security by adding more interactive checking, and perhaps a more configurable firewall, etc. The cost is around £5/PC/year (Bitdefender Black Friday offer)0 -
You do realise that you've responded to a post that's almost a year old, and whose last activity was making that post?0

Thanks.
Tried that but Comodo stills shows up when I run Belarc advisor but not when I run any uninstaller programes.

Possibly just some registry keys hanging around which Belarc is finding and misinterpreting?0
