Set aside hearing only? Remind us.

There are quite a few threads around explaining what the Judge wants to hear, to set aside a CCJ, like this:

Hi sorry for the late reply.

So I went to the court and had the ccj set a side the judge told me that civil enforcement would send me through the parking fine again. The judge also mentioned he doesn’t see why I would get the £255 back but I’m not to bothered I just want to draw a line under this and get it tied up.

I have received the cost today and civil enforcement want me to pay a total of £272.00

    £100 PCN
    £40 Admin
    £96 Debt Recovery
    £36 Intrest

Where do I stand with this now do I have to pay this full amount of me should it just Be the original £60 fine that got sent to my old address ?

    What does that mean?

Have CEL re-issued the Claim? Or something else?

You either pay them or you defend it - the process you missed out on previously resulting in your CCJ. The clock is rewound.

So you now have a new Claim Form?

What is the Issue Date on that Claim Form?

Who issued the Claim Form? Which County Court?

No they have sent through the claim form from 29/03/18. They have also sent through s letter called full particulars of the claim.
