Put them on a hosting site eg Dropbox.

Then post the link

Disguise it by replacing http with hxxp
• Thanks Quentin, hopefully this will work. So I asked for all correspondence and they have sent me the following.

hxxp://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h75/prinndog/Image%204_zpsei0ojudh.jpg

hxxp://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h75/prinndog/Image%201_zpswjedtphq.jpg

hxxp://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h75/prinndog/Image%202_zpsoyof1x1t.jpg

They also allegedly sent 3 letters like this one, the last two dated a week apart in Dec 2014 for £130 (none of which I have ever received I might add):

hxxp://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h75/prinndog/Image%205_zpszs3w4lqw.jpg

I also add a couple of the images they took of my car which to my mind shows inadequate signage but I'd welcome any feedback from people more knowledgeable than myself. There is a photo of my ticket with a time stamp just 3 minutes after the expiry time but for some reason this didn't scan. (I can add it again if required?)

hxxp://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h75/prinndog/Image%206_zpsqchobbxi.jpg

Many thanks in advance for any help with this.

'Damages for breach' LOL. The Beavis case confirmed that ParkingEye could not plead a case in damages...

And at #6 of that template of waffle, they have the temerity to complain that your defence is based on a forum template! So what?! These ''nonsensical'' defences still win 99% of the time (yes..,still 99% including the recent lost case, which is nothing like this one).

They also confuse you by criticising the fact you have lodged no evidence, but that's because defence stage is not evidence stage.

This is all shocking dross, designed to frighten people into doubting a forum aided defence.

It gets worse, this is ATROCIOUS:

http://photobucket.com/gallery/user/prinndog/media/cGF0aDovSW1hZ2UgMl96cHNveW9mMXgxdC5qcGc=/?ref=

They are actually telling people:

'you will need to contact the court' to withdraw their defence. Not 'if'...it's an actual push, to shove people over a cliff.

OMG, this must be reported to the SRA. It is horrendously misleading.

The evidence is dire:

http://photobucket.com/gallery/user/prinndog/media/cGF0aDovSW1hZ2UgNl96cHNxY2hvYmJ4aS5qcGc=/?ref=

Blurry pics of some cars in a car park, and no sign in view.

And the NtK is not capable of holding a registered keeper liable (we knew they didn't use POFA PCNs and this confirms it unless the POFA words are one the back?):

Be confident, this evidence of theirs is as full of holes as Swiss Cheese.

• Thank you so much for taking the time to look through the links and comment, Coupon-mad, I really appreciate it. So, I'm assuming the advice is to ignore their letters (not put in a counter argument) and just wait to see what happens in the first hearing at Northampton? I did find their correspondence misleading and found it funny they accuse me of 'copy and pasting' with their record of robo-claims. On your recommendation, i'll put a complaint in to SRA. Is this a standard thing or is there a correct way of doing things? Thanks again

Firstly, there will be no hearing in Northampton - unless that's your local court.

Can I suggest you go back to post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread and re-read the sections by Loadsofchildren123 and bargepole following the heading:
IMPORTANT - KNOW WHAT YOU MUST DO AND BY WHEN!
• Thanks Keith, have read through them and must admit I was confused before. Thanks for clearing that up

And this is not something you reply to or counter, this is them trying to put the frighteners on you.

• Hi guys,
Just a quick update. I have contacted the court as hav received nothing since filing my defence. BW have not responded to the defence and so the claim has been stayed. It will cost BW £100 to open it back up again so I’m assuming this matter will now fade away into oblivion. Not t wanting to count my chickens and all that but thanks very much to everyone who helped. Should I now contact BW for confirmation they are discontinuing the claim?
• No, as theyre not discontinuing. It s just indefinitely stayed.
