POPLA lost appeal - Apologies

apologies for starting a new thread but i have a disability, get confused and can't read all the advice in newbies without it affecting me
Briefy, we went to a pub we've been to many times, parked right by the beer garden, sat at first table beside car, ordered food etc, paid at outside table, never went inside, and left happy as always.
So was very surprised to get a parking ticket through the post apparently we were supposed to go inside and register the car at the bar ?? we never went inside.
The Pub sign on entry says this car park is for the use of guests, clientele, permit holders only.
we were guests/clientele so never thought it was an issue, and have proof of payment for food and drinks.
Also saw a sign about data protection from BPA, but apparently i should have read the other signs which explained registering in the pub at the bar.
From the car park entrance to where i parked right beside beer garden table we sat at there were NONE of these terms signs, am i supposed to walk round the whole car park trying to find one?
As mentioned i'm disabled and have a Blue Badge,
I obviously appealed and can not believe it's been rejected? I included pictures of the signs within my vicinity and of my receipt for food/drinks on the day to prove i was a guest/clientele.
What should I do from here ??

Have you involved the landlord/management of the pub?PLEASE NOTEMy advice should be used as guidance only. You should always obtain face to face professional advice before taking any action.0

Which parking company?
Go back to the pub with receipts and demand they cancel this for a legitimate guest, who has done nothing wrong, in bringing business to them, other than not be aware of a poxy term on a parking sign.
Remind them of your disability, and if they won't get this sorted, they can look forward to a claim under the Equality Act 2010. Tell them to read up on 'Reasonable Adjustments' (you do the same too, so you know what you're talking about when you get there). Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Complain like Friar Tuck to your MP. IMO this should not have been disallowed by PoPLA.
This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of contracts for alleged parking offences, aided and abetted by a handful of low-rent solicitors.
Parking Eye, CPM, Smart, and another company have already been named and shamed, as has Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (these two law firms take hundreds of these cases to court each year). They lose most of them, and have been reported to the regulatory authority by an M.P. for unprofessional conduct
Hospital car parks and residential complex tickets have been especially mentioned.
The problem has become so rampant that MPs have agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. Watch the video of the Second Reading in the House of Commons recently

and complain in the most robust terms to your MP. With a fair wind they will be out of business by Christmas. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

Yep, thats good - but which parking firm is involved please? Our advice can differ between one parking firm and another. It's important we have the full facts at our disposal, especially if this escalates. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Personally under the circumstances I would let them take me to court as I think I would have a pretty strong argument. However, that's me. I certainly wouldn't be intimidated by them! Bailiffs can't do jack without going to court first so don't worry about them.
Can you bring us up to date on what you have done so far? Have you been back to the pub and spoken to the owner/manager and asked him/her to intervene? Plus I think I would be having a word with my local media/local rag to see if they will run the story and warn other potential customers.PLEASE NOTEMy advice should be used as guidance only. @OP - I've asked twice, but you've steadfastly refused to answer. Well - third and final attempt, then I'm out.
