well got to get DS to tidy up :eek:before he goes to play school then I am of to Tesco's with DDJanuary Grocery 11/3740 -
Morning all :hello:
OH decided to try a new routine this morning where he stays in bed (but awake) until 6.30 then goes straight for a bath - well thats thrown my routine out the window completely :rotfl: Usually I would get up at 6am do an exercise CD for 10 mins, 10mins meditation and then get washed, dressed, straighten our room and then get DD up at 7am before OH went for a bath. I'd come down with DD and make lunches and get coats etc out and make DDs breakfast while OH bathed and then we'd see him out to work and have brekkie and then I'd spend the rest of the morning getting DD ready for school. I am NOT doing mediatation or exercises in the bedroom while he's in bedSo I got up at 6.15 got washed & dressed, came down here and sorted out coats etc, but was done by 6.45
When OH came down I went up and straightened our room and it was still not even 7am....now I have a choice I can either start coming downstairs to do my exercises/meditation every morning (and therefore freeze my bottom off as its so cold!) or get up later
I don't know what to do yet. BUT I have just been out and bought some leggings from George (our improved Asda has re-opened properly
save a few empty spaces on the shelves, and people wandering around lost :rotfl: ) and I'm going to start exercising DAILY - I got on the scales this morning and after a weekend of not being able to eat properly (don't ask  ) I'm down to 15st2lbs POST brekkie and school run and stuff
I'm determind to hit below the 15st mark by next week
Only problem is it's so long since I wore leggings I feel all bare :rotfl::rotfl:

Nicki - Are those Paul Mckenna CDs any good?? I saw a confidence once on Amazon that I was thinking of getting but have you found it making a difference (not sure which yours is for).
Toast scoffed, tea almost supped up. DD2 had her toast cut into teddy bear and cow shapes:D . Just about to sit down with it an meter reading bloke turns up, as he has to trapse through house to read meters was glad I had cracked on with the list.
I have also pulled the boss out of the hat for the secret sants - problem is I dont really know him as
a. I work alone at weekends
b. The firms a bit old fashioned as in he is called Mr XXXX whilst us menials are all on first name terms.
The budget is £5, I know he likes a drink so was thinking of making truffles. What do you buy the man who has a huge house here, plus holiday home in the South of France and Drives a Merc? Answers on a postcard please.
