ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH FLYING BUT... :D I'm getting a new-to-me mobilephone :D:j:j OH has just texted me to ask if we can afford £30 for him to upgrade his phone and then I can have his so I said yes :D:rotfl::rotfl: It's going to be counted as part of his Christmas pressie so I'll only get him a DVD & CD now :p BUT the best thing for me is that the one I'm getting has bluetooth (my current one doesn't) and a decent camera which I can connect to the computer which means I can finally start taking pictures and transfer them to the computer instead of having to text them to OH so he can put them on the computer :T :money: The £40 total cost (including P&P) will have paid for itself by Christmas anyway through saved text messages :D:D I a happy bunny. This is what I'm getting : http://www.sonyericsson.com/spg.jsp?cc=global&lc=en&ver=4001&template=pp1_1_1&zone=pp&lm=pp1&pid=10373

Oh what fun I'm going to have over the next few weeks trying to get used to a new phone! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Hi Guys

you have all made a flying (no pun intended!) start to the week, well done :)

I have been to collect the tiles for the kitchen floor this morning so feeling quite pleased with myself. But they forgot to put in the tile cutter  and I didn't notice until I got home, so will have to fetch it tomorrow.

Just had lunch, got ebay parcels to pack and post and then nip to morrisons to get some sparklers for the bonfire party at my sister's tonight :)

Great news on Matthew lil_me :) really pleased that he is doing so well. Glad you got BB sorted as well ;)

  • Hello again

So far this morning I've managed to:-
    • Clean & Bleach wheelie bin (our council takes kitchen scraps and my bin hasn't been emptied for a month with me being in hospital and it was disgusting to say the least as well as being covered in maggots  )
    • Had shopping delivered and put it away.
    • Had order delivered from florist supplies to do my xmas hampers with.
    • Done a load of washing.
    • Done huge pile of ironing.
    • Put contents of tonights stew in slow cooker.
This afternoon I plan to do:-
    • Some baking.
    • Sort out huge pile of paperwork
    • Dust lounge
    • Sweep floor in lounge
Loved the cat!! My cat is not allowed in the bedrooms no more after he had a bad flea infestation 6 years ago, but he used to do that. My cat kept looking out the window to see where the miaowing was coming from lol!!:rotfl:

Just checking in so I can list what I've done (need to see it written down!)
    • Made tonights dinner
    • Sorted 2 drawers into one so now I have another drawer to fill with the clutter from the living room. Will do 2 more tomorrow (hoping to empty half of the chest of drawers so I can fill up the other half with other things that don't seem to go anywhere else :D)
    • Sorted out a massive pile of paper and put anything that needs keeping in my bills/important stuff folder.
    • Swept living room/kitchen floor (although it will need doing a few more times today!)
    • Cleaned the TV and pc monitor
    • Dusted
    • Paid rent and council tax
    • Made an appointment to go and look at bridesmaid dresses (getting married July 08)
Not bad seeing as I was up most of the night feeding DD, and have been feeding her most of the morning.

Need to borrow next doors vacuum cleaner (ours broke ages ago and haven't bothered to get a new one, easier just to borrow next doors and then I don't have to worry about storing it!) to do the hall and bedrooms.

DS is asleep so as soon as he wakes up I'll have to think about some lunch.

Hope you are all having a good day!

Right just checking what I should be doing whilst the kettle is boiling - anyone fancy a brew:D (silly question).

Pigpens monday List - ALL DONE (except for 3 seater sofa)

    My List

    [STRIKE]
Drop keys from the 2 viewings this pm back into work
    [/STRIKE][strike]M & S Parcel to post office
    [/strike]Pay cheque into saving account
Up driving lessons to 2 a week - how much money:eek:
    [STRIKE]Post DH game rental back[/STRIKE]
Complete DD2 school application for next year
    [strike]Put Littles ironing away[/strike]
    Make Jam tarts
Make stew/soup with left over chicken
List something on ebay (at least 3 items)
    [STRIKE]S & S Kitchen[/STRIKE]
    [strike]S & S Bathroom[/strike]
    [strike]
    Shopping for few bits
    [/strike]

Right off to get my tape measure and scales to weigh a few ebay items, I usually underestimate the postage costs (even when I weight them:confused: ). Have also ordered Paul Mckenna instant confidence and think yourself thin, not that bothered about the second one but both items were on a buy it now for almost the same price as the confidence one by itself.

    Right I must crack on.

    Hello

I'm back from my interview which I think went really well but whether I actually get it or not's a different matter. I feel absolutely shattered as I was awake at 3am (because of the interview) and I'm at work tonight until 10 so I'll probably be falling asleep at my computer screen. (Anyone whose post goes to a completely different address tomorrow can blame me!) I've got paperwork everywhere as I suddenly realised this morning that not all the certificates I wanted were where they should have been.

    So far today I've:

    Had a bath
    Got ready for my interview
Been to school and listened to a story with DS (it's book week)
Stayed in school for another hour helping out and stopping me from getting myself worked up.
    Been for interview
    Come home
    Sat on computer.

See that's list makes it seem like I've done loads, when in fact I've done nothing!

Oh well I suppose I ought to do something. I can't even go and have a lie down for an hour as I've got paperwork all over my bed!
