    Today is a rest day.
Spent the weekend in bed with a sore throat/cough but it wasn't my M.E. flaring up which is good.
Although I am very limited in my "flying" I printed out the list and put it on the fridge. My husband (bless his cotton socks) has started to do the list... without my asking. As a result the light fittings don't have dead flies in them!

hugs to all the poorly ones.... :)

well, went for dress fitting, dress still fits which was a relief, and i still LOVE it!!! slight problem with the fitting was that the shop has now stopped being a bridal shop and i had forgotten to get a hoop petticoat for underneath and they didn't have any to lend (as they are not bridal any more just men's hire, and are just honouring the weddings they took on previously!). i am hoping i can borrow one from somewhere as i really don't want to fork out more money!! there are two good things though - i've rebooked the fitting for early dec when my mum is visiting which is nice and secondly i tried on the two different wraps/jackets that i had and the one i borrowed looks way better than the one i bought so £50 back from that when i return it later in the week :D

my brownies are a bit dry...left them in too long, but they will get eaten i'm sure! need to find some lunch now..

((hugs)) you have a moan, might have one myself later. Jue fingers crossed about the job, you can send any bills for my house anywhere else you like :) as long as the person they are sent to pays them for me.

Right begging letter for chairty event done, god I hate doing those as I know many will just ignore it. Sitting room done, need to get DP to dust the tv cabinet, he's got this duster thing he likes using and I did say if he wanted a big glass unit he had to clean it! Well probably after he's finished playing in his garage, he says he's sorting out in there but he's been sorting it out for a week, stuff just keeps appearing in my kitchen or shed instead!! Been to the tip and offloaded a car full of cardboard etc for recycling, good feeling as I know we'd emptied all those boxes :D

Next job, laundry, don't dare hang it outside as it is VERY windy so time to find some more drying space. Must find whatever DP has dumped on the floor in our room, actually think I might just open the window and leave it for him to deal with, just winds me up as he knows where the laundry basket is. Need to find some gloves and hats for tonight as hoping to go to fireworks display with the boys, oh bother where are DS1s ear plugs!
One day I might be more organised...........

    Just checking in.
Tesco shopping unpacked and me and LO fed - not much else done yet this aft

Shell - what about buying your boss one of those oxfam charity things -think they are things like a goat or a weeks food for a family, you get a box you can wrap up to say youve done it. I have also seen them in Tesco. sorry to be vague - hope you know what I mean!

    Nicki - nice phone!
Jue - fingers crossed for you
Rach - hope the dress was ok!

I give up!!!! Trying to sort ebay stuff out and the monitor DH was to sell will not fit back into the box it came in as the base needs detatching. So get the bed rail we wanna get rid of and that will not fit in the box cos the hinge bits need detatching too! Am sulking now.

Off to disinfect some Happyland and look for suitable boxs to put it in - lets hope I have more luck with that!
