I lurve chocolate crispie cakes :j I keep a bar of cooking chocolate in the cupboard to make some when we've run out of sweet stuff.
Ok, kitchen done woot! woot! it looks goy-juss, what a difference from half an hour ago lol and I've hoovered through and half way up the stairs (where the wire would reach) so I'm happy now and feel back in control once more. Kids will be coming in in half an hour so that's my cleaning day done other than bunging my sheets somewhere to dry. Tea to make and countless kids stuff to see to.0 -
Hey, I DID have a nice dream! Very nice! not saying who it was about though!!
It doesn't matter if my house is mingin, I have to go to Glasgow for the interview.
DS1 has just freaked both myself and DS2 out pulling his lower eyelids down... ick *shudders* gross child!
Got to go over to dad's and collect a rug for flamin Connie. She has ripped her Masta one. Bloody diva! (Connie is a horse btw) And its blowin a gale out there! Better tie my hair up. Oh god, and get my mucker boots on.
And find out where the Old fruit market is in Glasgow.
Unfortunately I won't have time for flying.... what a shame! :rotfl:0 -
Ok not funny who's stole my DP when he was asleep and sent someone else in his place? He looks like him but he's been cleaning the sofas with a microfibre cloth, cleaning under the sofas, putting up coat hooks, helping tidy and vacuum etc since he got up, apart from coffee/food/internet breaks of course. Got me worried. Must be coming down with something. I'm not complaining however.
Now he's took DS2 to the field to practise his football, said he's finishing the sitting room and doing the stairs/landing when he gets back..... this is just too weird!!!!
Waiting for DS1 to get in then will take him and the dogs over the field to meet them 2. Might have to have a lie down later, being in shock is bad for me!One day I might be more organised...........

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I've had that occasionally...means he wants something
;):rotfl::rotfl: But we won't go there... at least I can't with AF here
Right, what did I say I was going to do while DD got changed? Sure it wasn't an internet break:rotfl::rotfl:

lil-me - didn't I hear on the news about the new iPod phone coming out tomorrow......not after that, is he?0

I did 4 loads of washing.. put 2 loads in the dryer the dryer burst into flames.. AGAIN!!! I am NOT having it fixed again.. obviously this is going to be an ongoing recurring problem so I'll have a new one if the insurance company don't mind!!! I am not prepared to use something which is quite clearly not safe to use.. what if it had done that last night when I put it on before I went up to bed.. we could all be dead!!
3 loads dried.. need to hang the rest on the radiators.
Dishwasher has been on twice as well.. and is reloaded with the remaining few bits.
I went to bed for the afternoon.. and snooooozed.. and I'm off to bed at 8 tonight with the children! I was going out with my mother but it is too cold and I can't be bothered I want my bed!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

He's never wanted one before, knows he usually has to buy things like that himself. I think he's possibly after something. It's just very weird!
:rotfl: Actually thought of something, maybe it is because his Dad and Grandma are on about coming over? Their houses are like show houses! Not going to ask because he might stop. He's sat playing on PS3 with DS1 who nagged him as soon as we got back wanting to play then says he's finishing the sitting room
part of me is thinking well if I have to finish it at least he's done all that.....not going to moan.
Oh forgot he also helped me bath youngest mutt, much easier with 2 people and I wasn't as wet as the dog this time, last time I nearly fell in the bathwith him he hates it and struggles.
Pressume my lazy DP will be back to normal tomorrow. It's kind of hard letting him do stuff, I am used to doing it myself my way, oh and him asking where cleaning things are, what to clean things with, where cloths are etc will possibly drive me insane. Strange seeing him walk round with an mf cloth in his pocket however.
Pigpen think I would be parting with the dryer aswell, when the fire service came out to see us about DS2 tehy went through a safety check which including asking us if we used things like washing machines and tumble driers overnight then asking us not to. They said that there was a high number of calls to fires started by both. One day I might be more organised...........
