i had another quick fly round, hoovered everywhere, put the washing away, emptied the dyson etc. still not done the job letters i was going to do - it's hard to keep applying now i know i've got another interview even though its a long shot. i'll do an application before bed though. interview is friday 16th so plenty of time to prepare and it's handy as i was going up to london that day anyway

thanks for the tip off about the denby, i have told my mum there is an amazing deal on one pardicular set which would give us a start and we can always delete stuff from the debenhams list.

Monday Mayhem - Living Room, Hall and Stairs

Level 1
Vacuum floors and sofas
Level 2
Dusting, even if around everything
Remove clutter making sure stairs especially are safe
Clean TV, other electricals and cabinets
Water any thirsty plants, wipe their poor neglected leaves!!

Extra Mission:

• Clean a window or two.
• Binbag dance.. Get a binbag.. fill it and bin it!!!
• Ring someone you love, just to tell them you love them!!

Terrible Tuesday - Kitchen and Dining Room
Level One
Clean floors
Level Two
Clear and wipe kitchen surfaces
Sort fridge bringing what needs using soon to the front, clean out any spills or grots in there!
Level Three
Wipe and replace all those small appliances.. kettle, toaster etc
Clean the windows in here!
Clean cupboard door fronts and fronts of appliances .. don't forget those kick boards..
Check those washing machine filters and drawers for ickiness!! Tumble dryer and dishwasher filters need to be done too!!
Extra Mission
Choose one or more of:

• Wipe down any tiles and shine those taps.. a toothbrush is great for cleaning away the gunk!
• Hike through the freezer and make a list of what you have

hooray, glad its the spare room tomorrow, i haven't got long and my study/spare room needs a bit of a going over but i've already had a quick flit round so it won't take too long

Actaully it might give me time to catch up seeing as I've done next to nothing all week so far.. I'm just so desperately tired!!

I am in my jammies now.. and am just off to bed..

Uniforms are done, table is cleared and the bread is out.. might put a chocolate loaf in for tomorrow morning .. then again.. I might not!

I am off to the BHS cardholder event thing tomorrow 20% of plus the card discount.. all adds up! The children need some school uniform bits and there are some things I want for christmas.. Problem is, I have to take DD5 and she usually wants to be in bed by 11am.. so that should be good.. trying to keep her awake!.. lollies are called for I think!

I need to make a few calls to.. school about DS1 and 2.

Just finished the kitchen floor so pigpens list more or less done my bits not quite finished but they can carry over until tomorrow. List for tomorrow looks okay as i cleaned out the kids rooms at the weekend but i do need to set to on the spare room as I have a friend coming to stay at the weekend.

Wacky Wednesday - those frightening kids rooms and spare rooms
Level One
Vacuum the floor, even if it's just where you can see
Spend at least half an hour doing something for yourself!!!!! paint your nails, make an appointment to have your hair done, a lovely soak in the bath.. whatever you feel like!! i have a reiki appointment tomorrow with a friend who is newly trained never had reiki before but looking forward to it.
Level Two
Clear away anything that isn't in it's place, clothes, toys, books etc
Dusting.. all those shelves and flat fluffy surfaces!! Don’t forget the light shade and curtain pole!!!
Level Three
Strip beds, turn and vacuum mattresses!! and replace with fresh linen .. check if duvets need freshening up too!!
Sort through a cupboard/chest of drawers and get the clothes out which are no longer wearable, too small or out of season!
Wipe any sticky marks off walls and doors
Extra Task List

• Wash a set of curtains, nets, duvet or throw
• Wipe the radiators, skirtings and window & door frames!
• 30 minutes ironing.. you love me & you know it!
• grab a binbag and fill it with stuff to leave the house.. rubbish or charity shop or to donate to a friend!

Deep Clean Challenge
Sort the book shelves.. and toy boxes.. what can be flung? we are making room for those lovely new things Santa will be bringing soon if we are all being good boys and girls!!.. So get rid of all the things that are no longer required! Just keep flinging, just keep flinging!!

Well this is what i have managed today( more than i managed all last week:o )

Monday Mayhem - Living Room, Hall and Stairs

[STRIKE]Level 1
Vacuum floors and sofas
Level 2
Dusting, even if around everything
Remove clutter making sure stairs especially are safe
Clean TV, other electricals and cabinets
Water any thirsty plants, wipe their poor neglected leaves!!
Level 3
Wipe light switches, sockets (make sure they are not switched on!!) and banister
Clean any other glass like mirrors, pictures etc
Tidy shoes, coats and bags .. wash any that need washing in preparation for cold weather!! See if there are any that don't fit, past their best or just plain uncomfy which could leave the house!
Put up linings or winter curtains to keep out those draughts.
Extra Mission:
Pick one or more of the following tasks – [/STRIKE]

Paperwork clearance.. spend 15 minutes minimum sorting through those piles of paper. ( this desperately needs doing keep putting it off:rolleyes: )

Get in a manky cupboard. Give it all GOOD scrub out before placing the things you need to use soon at the front, throw out everything you don’t want/need. If no messy cupboard do a food inventory!! Feel free to get carried away and do more cupboards!!!
