In fairness I've not spoken to them, been doing it all via the website; (not had a chance to call them yet!)
Thank you for your reply though!
OK, they are your next priority steps then.

Well this is the problem, all my accounts are online so I’ve printed latest statements and am taking addresses off them. Santander
CC only really gives a list of transactions, there’s no contact details or address on it. Shall I just get an address off the internet and hope for the best?0 -

General customer service address will suffice.
It will be passed to the right dept.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Oh right, thank you I’ll have a look for that.0 -
I've got the ball rolling, cancelled debt payments, redirected income into an unrelated account, started my DMP on NEDCAB and printed my holding letters which I'll get in the post over the weekend. I've put all the numbers in the I/E forms so I could get an idea of where I'm at and work out a budget. I thought I might end up feeling dreadful once the cold hard facts were in front of me but I don't. I actually feel strangely empowered!
I also printed off my full credit report with it's fabulous score... Oh well, that's what got me in this mess. Time for a change. Thanks for all the info provided in here, it's given me the strength to sort my life out.0 -

Some banks have a secure messaging service you can use through your online account.0 -
Hi HonestS,
I found the addresses for all our creditors on the NEDCAB website, at the letter generating stage. It was a drop down list and added the addresses automatically to the holding letters. Ours were all High St lenders but the contact list was huge!

I didn’t get a drop down list, I’ll have a look tomorrow as my daughter kicked me off the laptop for the night lol. I joined the MSE credit club and printed the list of addresses attached to my file and if all else fails I can send them a secure message. I need to edit the letters anyway to add a line about contacting me by post only so will check the address then.
Thanks for your help0 -
I've just had a look and it's at step 4 'list your non priority debts'.
As you add each creditor, there are two links in yellow on the green background at the top. One is creditor addresses and takes you to the drop down menu.
Good Luck on your journey!LBM ~ August 2018Debts at highest ~ c.52kThe only way is down!0
