I wanted to do this as i have no money left until payday. I’m planning on stopping all payments at the end of the month to start defaulting. So will I get a cifas marker on my credit file for withdrawing cash then not paying the minimum payment at the end of October?

Needs must. You've been given that credit limit. I had to buy something in preparedness for separation from my partner and also pay utility bills that took me within £4 of £18,000 card limit the month I knew I wouldn't be able to afford the payments. There's no morality with these companies. If you need to use that available credit or withdraw cash to pay for essentials or priority bills they won't bat an eyelid about CIFAS markers or anything.
The last 4 months I was paying credit card minimum payments with other credit cards via Curve Fronted. It was sthe only way to read water so that I didn't affect my ex's credit rating for her mortgage application. Sadly it's cost me maybe £3,000 more indebtedness than if I'd stopped when I had my LBM.
