What can we do to sell our house?

We've had our house on the market for a couple of months and in that time have had a lot of viewings, but only a few second viewings and no proceedable offers. We've dropped the price twice, the latest drop takes us to the cheapest in the area for house size and still nothing which makes me think there's something about…

I can visualise spaces from the measurements but if I see a listing with obviously distorted photos to make rooms appear bigger it's a definite negative. My thinking is if the EA/vendor can't even be honest with the photos, what else will they lie to me about? For people who can't visualise spaces, I can imagine then having the same thoughts after the first viewing.

Yep, that trick is just so transparent now, no one is buying it anymore.
