ML postcode = Motherwell , North lanarkshire not Glasgow.
If it was a RUFF bit of Glasgow the windows would be gone as well
Maybe the phrase 'Accommodation Comprimises' could be the problem:rotfl: :rotfl:

Because of traffic and a new job i might be moving to that side of glasgow, its looking like it will be cheaper to buy a 3 bed house rather than pay the petrol to drive to livingston every day lol (resonably nice areas are like 90k and my V8 is sucking close to £100 a week in juice)
I would suggest that rather than being the worst house on rightmove this house could be a bargain. Looking at the sold prices on rightmove the average for this street is much higher than the o/o price : http://www.rightmove.co.uk/action/SoldPricesAction?eventsubmit_dodetailedresults=1&outcode=ML9&type=0&startyear=-2&endyear=-1&buildtype=1&s_lo=ML9&street=Craignethan+Crescent&locality=Netherburn&order=0&ascending=false&resultsperpage=20&country=SCO&gotofulladdress=false&summarypagenum=4
(sorry for the incredibly long link)
EPz - this house would not cut down you commute into Glasgow, its near Larkhall (junction 7 M74) so you would still have the pleasure of sitting on the M8 everyday.
However the trainline from Larkhall to glasgow has recently reopened if you wanted to use public transport.0
