Thank you. I have submitted WS, and included the wording for Two claims? abuse of process. I also received theirs, so it appears they are not backing down and will go to a hearing. Has anyone had any success with the angle of 'right of audience'? Also, in the mean time should I submit the DQ for the second one just in case?0
