So I submitted my defence as advised, however MCOL is not marked as 'defended' even though I got a letter in the post acknowledging receipt of it and stating that they have served a copy on to the claimant, I guess this should suffice? Says that claimant has 28 days to contact court to inform if they wish to proceed.0

Yes, that's good enough.0

Hi guys,
PPC only sent back copies of PCN and NTK in response to SAR, anything further I can do here? Also got DQ, is it best to post it back or would email be ok like the defence submission?0 -
Look at point 8 on post # 21 by KeithP to see how to send back the DQ.0
-
Hi thanks for the reply.
I have read point 8 on post #21, as well post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread. I can only see reference to the fact that a copy of the completed DQ needs to be returned to the court, with another copy sent to the claimant. I can't see any advice on which method is best, and so far I have sent everything via email, and MCOL for the AOS.0 -
Email for the DQ.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi Guys,
Thanks for all the advice. I now have a court date of 20th September. So I take it all I am doing now is drafting a witness statement, and then practicing my defense for the hearing after submitting of the witness statement?0 -
Btw, they have submitted another claim for another PCN so looks like I will be going through all this again, fun fun0
-
Witness statement plus evidence to go alongside your DEFENCE. See NEWBIE sticky post # 2 for advice on the whole court process.0

You'll know what to do about that by searching the forum for:Btw, they have submitted another claim for another PCN so looks like I will be going through all this again, fun fun
Two claims? abuse of process
You also need to cover this fact in your WS and use the same wording as you will find in your search results, to get them consolidated into one hearing, assuming they are about the same facts/site/car.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
