well i scanned my receipt today to prove to a buyer that an item was genuine. i just blanked out the prices and the debit card details and they seemed happy with the receipt... although they still want further proof.0

the item i have a problem with is not a bag, although i have had a few problems with bags in the past, with people not realising that leather look and faux leather don't mean it's real leather.
i think i should have started my own thread, i seem to have got everyone confused with my problem and the OP's problem... (was that for a bag?)
but yeah you'd think i've done enough, but the buyer wants further proof so i have emailed the manufacturer and the retailer with some photos of the item asking if they can confirm that it is genuine and also if they can confirm if its last years model.
i'd like to be able to prove to her without doubt that the item is genuine so she is reassured that the item is genuine and so that i don't have the hassle of a paypal dispute etc.0
