.....but possibly not if you were given 50k and chose not to notify the benefits department, use it to pay the bills etc and decided to buy a house instead.

Whilst expecting the benefits department to assist in paying for the bills etc that come with it.

OP doesnt respond with info to make informed responses

Oh agreed, but, I dont think taking advice or giving information is a strong suit!

Maybe get the 10yr old on here to ask.

Yup so long as that house is your home. A second home it would be an asset and wipe out any benefit entitlement.

But the OP doesn't own a house and aren't they meant to report a change in circumstances?? such as savings e.t.c?

Either way OP, I hope you get what you deserve judging from your previous posts

    Lets put this into perspective

In 2016 OP claimed to have a life long illness. No prospects of work etc and on benefits for life. Fair enough.

Since then OP has asked about how to get a 60k mortgage if they put down 100k on a house due to an amazing new job they had in London. But with historic debt that they were yet to pay back.

Now OP is apparently back on ESA. Most threads by the OP result in someone pointing out benefit fraud as a minor stumbling block.

    OP rarely returns to posts

Wind up mechant or just in lalaland.
  • The OP has apparently already been caught by ESA a couple of years ago for trying to hide their savings so I would've thought that any 'unusual' activity on their bank account i.e. receiving £50k from abroad, would be flagged up again pretty quick

And I'm normally so on the ball with these! *shakes fist*
  • OP this is not BenefitsCheatingExpert BTW.
  • Did you get done with Fraud two years ago when ESA caught you with 11K in your account?

Look, benefits are there for people who NEED them, you have 50K... it is fraud, again. You shouldnt be looking here for help to hide what your up to.
