I don't think so but who knows.

Look, you seem to be writing a lot of posts re this 50k from your dad, would it help if you gave me the money and I will look after it for you.

No, minors can't be the legal owners of property.

    RTB I would think?

There are some similarly priced houses in the, ahem, less desirable areas in my hometown.

Plus throw in a whack of RTB and you could find a few like that.

So you've already got it? Therefore it should already be declared. It doesn't matter what you want or intend to do with it.

Just out of interest........because I'm totally amazed at the question and am genuinely intrigued how it crossed your mind in the 1st place.

    * No 10 year old I have ever met has the capacity to understand legal documents. Let alone sign them

    * How would your 10 year old arrange payment of the bills.

    * Would you intend to pay your landlord daughter rent for occupying her house?

    * How would you 10 year old cope if you decided you no longer wanted to live there?

This is the most daft question I have ever heard (aside of the ones I just asked you) it worries me you're considering becoming a home owner with the responsibilities which come with that.

As per the thread yesterday. You appear to be looking for ways to avoid the tax system which is likely to amount to fraud.
