Well done GTQ a 6lb loss is absolutely amazing.
Not sure whether we're going to get away yet! There's been an accident near us and the road has been closed so we can't actually go anywhere. We were originally planning on leaving an hour ago! I've rang the campsite and told them as didn't want them thinking we're people who book and then don't bother turning up! Too many people do that.
Things are a bit up in the air at the moment as to what food we'll be having when today but hopefully we'll be able to get away after lunch so will have evening meal when we get to the site.
If all goes to plan here's today's menu:
B - mushroom & bacon omelette
L - corned beef & pickle sandwich (easiest things to get out of the caravan!)
D - savoury mince (already cooked just needs reheating), mash & veg
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - butter 2; corned beef (slice not canned) 3; pickle 0.5 = 5.5. May also have a couple of G&Ts 4 syns

That's an AMAZING loss gtq. You must be absolutely thrilled. So pleased for you.:T
Excellent getting back into target range denise and great to get a loss before a holiday midge.:T
I put on the same jeans as I had on yesterday morning and today they feel much tighter. No idea why??
I'm going to write a plan for today from what I have in. It might change a little after I go shopping as Speed is a bit low. All the veg are scraps from the bottom of fridge.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB overnight oats with berries, HEA milk for drinks
L: JP ith cottage cheese, cornichons and pickled cabbageburger, SW chips, fried onions, tomatoes, stir fry veg (cabbage, mange tout, broccoli, mushrooms, carrot)
Syns: burger 1, others tbc;)0 -

Maman~~jeans have a mind of their own!
:rotfl:That's OK if it's just the jeans beanie. I always think that it's some extra syns from somewhere catching up on me.
I did my meal plan and shop so have a wider range of Speed for tonight's dinner. I'm sure they've had broccoli on Super 6 in Aldi for 3 weeks but I'm not complaining.:)0 -
We didn't make it away today so had what I'd posted earlier and it was really tasty, had sweet potato mash rather than ordinary mash. That was the last lot of savoury mince from the freezer so will need to make some more next week. Find it so useful to keep in the freezer.
We're now going to go tomorrow morning and hopefully get there just before lunch. It's only about 2 hours from home but it'll be a nice break. Two nights booked with the option of another 2 if the weather isn't too bad! So either back on Monday or Wednesday next week.

Hope everyone's out enjoying the glorious sunshine. It's a fantastic day here but cold. Football later so will need to wrap up. Will be taking hot coffee and some fruit.:D
Thinking aloud: DH made eggs for breakfast so I'll have to have a JP again today. I really need to make some soup for the freezer as lunchtime choices are a bit limited. Just thought, sardines would be a possibility as I half a HEB going spare. Sorted!:) I'd like ideas for soup though, my favourite is lentil and veg made with ham stock.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 boiled eggs, half HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: half HEB toast, sardines, beetroot and cornichonsbacon wrapped chicken breast, hassleback potatoes, mushrooms, tomatoes, green stuff (broccoli, sugar snaps, asparagus)
Syns: cheese 3, weekend wine:)0
