Converting Tesco PAYG credit to cash?
Is there any way to convert unused Tesco PAYG credit to cash? I want to change provider but still have £30 credit. (Several months worth, the way I use it.) I tried depositing at casino.com and boylesports as they both said they could accept pay by mobile but they both use Boku and Boku won't work on Tesco. Is there anywhere I can still get value for my remaining credit? I'd be happy to get £20 cash value as I really want to start using my new provider but can't just abandon £30

I struggled to find a way to do it. I ended up donating the remaining credit to a charity *MacMillan) but others are available).
Of course, now the main site has a page about it. If that doesn't work, charity might be the best thing to do.;)There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -
It's an old thread but there's probably something you can use here:

You can pay many companies to add credit and use with SMS via paypoint service. Just choose one.

That's offering a guide to a retailer. It doesn't seem to give any practical advice about how I can as a customer get anything useful.0 -
and actually just readOnce customers have registered their mobile number and stored a payment card online, they can choose to pay via text (SMS).
So completely not what I want at all.0 -

.
Just review the retail list of their clients if any accept premium SMS payment as direct credit! Then choose one that fits your needs as. Does not only have to be one linked to Paypoint. You can also review the Premium SMS payment providers then just search their clients!
Fortumo is another payment provider. I did with a retailer years ago, but these retailers are changing often, so you need find a current client from their list. You have to do the checking yourself.
Fishtext was one, but company has finished last month.
https://www.voipcheap.com - used to do. Provides cheap SMS/calls.
https://www.splashplastic.com/ - Pre-pay maestro card. Used to be able to buy the card via SMS for £5
https://www.tuxedoprepaid.com - Prepay debit/credit cards. Used to be able to pay the £9.95 to buy the card via SMS. Used in conjunction with Quidco to get your cash purchase back.
Not all ways necessary to get as direct cash but to spend and convert to credits to use to something else.
If you know about cryptocurrency then you can purchase some places via SMS , see below:
https://coingate.com/buy-bitcoin-mobile - once you have crypto you can buy from many sites or just convert that crypto to cash,
Below is a blog list of some other places:
