New & deep in trouble

Hello everyone
I've searched for an internet forum on these matters (financial problems) and stumbled upon this one. I need to interact with people who have similar problems as I do, as I feel kinda isolated at this point in time.
How deep am I in? Well ... here's a rough breakdown:
Overdraft £6,000
Credit card A £19,600
Credit card B £6,900
Credit card C £2,000
Loan A £13,000
Loan B £10,000
Loan C £5,000
Loan D £2,400
Loan E £3,000
Loan from friend: £1,200
So you can see, it is getting a little bit ridiculous ... nearing £70,000. It is taking a huge amount of courage to even make this calculation. Even though my earning power is around £50,000 a year, I am still in deep trouble.
What to do??? I don't know yet. How did this all happen? Spreadbetting ...

Hello and welcome! :hello:
Could you post a full SOA for us including all incomings and outgoings? It's a far better indication of how bad things are and what the best solutions will be. Don't worry if you feel nervous, none of us will judge you and its all pretty anonymous.
Explanation of how to do it here: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=107280
Without meaning to be too blunt, is the gambling all in the past now?
We try to be friendly. We have all been in the same situation and each of us knows how much a little friendliness means :grouphug:0 -
Hi there and welcome

You're right, this IS a very friendly place, it's also full to the brim of really clever people who will give you loads of advice and support
First things first, you need to get your SOA done (I know it's scary), read the sticky thread at the top of the board, it will tell you how to do it. Once you do then sit back, grab a tea/coffee/glass of wine/pint of beer and prepare to be knocked off your feet as the advice comes rolling in.
Best of luck,
Scarlett xx

Thanks, I will check it out and do it.Without meaning to be too blunt, is the gambling all in the past now?
Not quite ... I am still convincing myself that I can earn money in this way ... notoriously hard though. I've had some success, but as you can see my losses thusfar have been far more.We try to be friendly. We have all been in the same situation and each of us knows how much a little friendliness means :grouphug:
That's very good to know
