NCP BW Legal County Court claim issued despite NCP cancelling charge
Comments

I'm considering it, but my husband is massively stressed about it all and the potential of appearing in Court.
You do understand you are on a win win win situation
here. Your husband should try not to stress but more
so have fun with these idiots.
BWLegal are only robo claim so called legals who unless
told by NCP will be clueless as they normally are.
Suffice to say, you also have the power to complain to
the SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority) if BWLegal
continue with their rubbish
https://www.sra.org.uk/home/home.page
We all wait for Steve Clark of the BPA as at this stage,
NCP is not fit to be a member of the BPA and we are
all interested in what he will do because if he fails you,
we have the perfect right to complain to Sir Greg Knight
who is introducing a bill on private parking. We already
know that the BPA is not fit for purpose
Have you yet read this
https://hansard.parliament.uk/commons/2018-02-02/debates/CC84AF5E-AC6E-4E14-81B1-066E6A892807/Parking(CodeOfPractice)Bill0 -
My colleague is technically correct is that our remit does not extend to assessing specific cases.
So what is the point of the BPA ... is it to let their members
walk rough shod over the public ..... don't think so
So, will it "the old boys" club ???
This is a story worthy of the media to expose the BPA
I suspect that all this will be dropped but NCP owe you
compensation
PS: "My colleague is technically correct" ... Bol*ocks
you, the BPA are happy to collect membership fees and you,
the BPA are responsible for your members obtaining data
from the DVLA and what they do with it thereafter
The BPA is just a collection of scammers0 -
As usual, a measured and helpful response from Steve Clark (thank you Mr C)
As in 'Listen Charlie, sort this out right now before the shiite really hits the fan and it's splattered on not only NCP's face, but also the BPA's, especially at such a sensitive time for all of us with Greg Knight's Bill breathing down our necks'.That said I believe that there is some action that I can take on your behalf and I will write to a contact of mine at NCP this evening.
Anticipate complete resolution within 24 hours. Still doesn't stop you handing back the same level of grief meted out to you by BWL and NCP.
NCP have only recently chosen to sleep with BWL. It's often the case of always going to bed with a beautiful woman, but never waking up with one! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Is it worth me writing to BW Legal? I know they are a useless pile of poop but in all fairness they are acting under instruction from NCP. My gripe here is with NCP.
Easier said than done with hubby I’m afraid. This is a major stressor.
Could I issue a counter claim in my name? Need to research more I think...0 -
Oops replied before I saw two other replies.
I mean if I take this further I guess it makes it better for others. Ncp have always been reluctant to do Court from what I’ve read but the recent collaboration with BWL indicates a step change...0 -

Look, this will never go to court unless NCP want a huge
claim against them
Continue as if it were going to court so you have all
the papers correct ....... it's not going that way
It is difficult to understand why NCP sleep with BWLegal now
The last parking scammers who slept with BWLegal,
that is Excel/VCS, ended up with egg on their faces,
it was so bad that the egg was dripping of their faces
For a laugh about BWLegal, do read this
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5672664/bwlegal-the-list-of-failures-growing&highlight=bwlegal+the+list
Would not worry about BWLegal. they are easily whooped
and dispatched. In your case, the judge will probably bring
the noose back0 -
V quick response from NCP to SAR. There is a zipped file attached but I can’t open on phone

So basically it’s just an automated reply.
I’ll be writing to the ICO tomorrow.
My response:
******************
Lawrence,
I cannot open the attachment on my mobile device but will do so as soon as I am on a laptop.
In the meantime i am surprised to read that instead of taking the opportunity to answer my specific concerns around handling of my data, you are asking me to go immediately to ICO. I will make ICO aware and provide all correspondence. I encourage you to read again the correspondence I have sent and note that the BPA have been informed - this is NOT a standard appeal but forms part of a complaint.
Regards

An update on this one. Last week I received an email from Steve C advising me the matter would be cancelled and there has been subsequent action taken within ncp to prevent any further instances. An offer of free parking as compensation.
All good but nothing from NCP at all yet and no evidence the court claim has been cancelled which is continuing to cause stress to my husband. I purposely left any response for a week to give ncp a change to send over a reply.
I’ve replied to SC and am very grateful for assistance but until the claim is withdrawn it will continue to run.
Will keep you posted0
